Services & Events

Suzy Rowland offers a versatile suite of services designed to inspire, educate, and empower. She is an accomplished public speaker, skilled at engaging audiences with insight and authenticity. Her It Takes a Village and Teen Girls Circle programmes provide structured, transformative experiences focused on community, support, and personal development. She also offers Neurodiversity Training, helping schools, organisations, and individuals better understand and include neurodivergent perspectives.

Central to her work is the Happy In School Project (CIC), a social enterprise she founded rooted in lived experience to deliver creative, evidence-based training and consultancy for educators, parents and young people. Through Happy In School, she addresses issues like school anxiety, exclusion, autism and ADHD inclusion, and works in partnership with schools and local authorities to foster positive change in educational environments.

Through all these offerings, Suzy combines passion with purpose—crafting events and engagements that resonate deeply, support wellbeing, and spark meaningful transformation.
